What Kind of Cat are You? – A Brief Discussion About Running Mindset

Dear A & H… So, kind of going out on a limb today by writing a little about running, cats, and art. An interesting mix to briefly discuss running mindset and how utilizing creativity in workouts can lead to the best kind of running. So, even if unconventional, if this approach gets the point across, with the bonus of me getting to combine so much of what I love…well, that’s a little bit of heaven. ت  

Pretty as a Picture

You’re real, loyal and believe the best use of your time is just spent running. Your running mindset, in the end, allows you to approach your training practically and effectively.

Life Imitates Art

You’re real and loyal, like the cat above, but also creative. Knowing this about yourself, it’s no surprise your running mindset keeps you open to non-running activities (biking, swimming, yoga, etc.) which could enrich your training…well, if there’s time.

Born to Be Wild

You’re creative and open-minded. Your running mindset allows you to unhesitatingly entertain any activity that could help your running. If worthwhile, they all deserve time. Science and intuition tell you they build a better, happy cat…runner 🙂…day after day, for life.

So, A & H, just a little post to underscore how running mindset influences how we train. I relate most to the creative cat but no “cat” is without its merits, just different. In the end, like life, running is most thoroughly enjoyable if fun is involved and sometimes, a few cats. ت  Until my next letter…
