Running
This is where the fun gets started. Though my passion is for trail running, a lot of what I share can be applied to running on any surface. (And, if your roads are like some of the ones in my neighborhood, they are almost the same as trails.) 🙂
What you will find here is the result of much thinking, research, experimenting, and trusting in a process that has been unfolding for me for over two decades. And, because much good has come of this, most thankfully, improved technique, successfully managing old injuries and avoiding new ones, and abilities that have stayed pretty consistent, my hope is that what I have discovered will do the same for you.
